From Ed Gold

Hi all you Guys and Gals,

I apologize for the long delay in getting these photos out to you. As some of you know, I departed for West Palm Beach, Florida on the third day following our Christmas/Holiday party, and have been very busy since then with various tasks  and activities. But having very recently received some prints from Hal Wicker and some e-mailed photos of a more recent event from Frank Ryan, I decided to sit down and get to work. These photos are all in the 1MB size range, so I may have to send them in several separate e-mails.

I have to ask some of you to please forgive me if you receive but have no interest in these photos. It is by far simpler for me to just send them all to the names I have on  my computer list. Deleting is easy, so I’ll leave it up to you to individually get rid of any or all of the photos which you do not want.

All of the photos have been cropped to a 4×6 size, and are ready to be printed, although I realize that most people don’t print photos these days. If any of you find a photo which you would like in a different size, such as 5×7 or even 8×10, just e-mail me with the request and the photo number(s) you want.

I also want to thank you all for the lovely award that I was given at the dinner. It came as a complete surprise, as anyone who saw my face when John Devine made the announcement can testify.

Music has the magical power to heal, soothe, and transport us to a better place than this world of ours, and I hope that we can all continue to share this love of music, especially in our group activity, for many years to come.

In the meantime, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and good health to all. I look forward to seeing you all again in late April or early May of 2016.
